All warranty work is prorated. Warranties during the first full year (the year begins at the point of delivery) will be covered 100% including freight. The party making the claim must provide a copy of the invoice.

Frames Warranty

Material: Aluminum, Welds, Powder Coating

Five (5) years against any defect in the application of powder coating. Five (5) years against weld breakage. Vandalism and Acts of God are not covered. Normal wear and tear and scratched surfaces are not covered.

Straps Warranty

Material: Virgin Vinyl

Five (5) years against breakage only. Two (2) years against discoloration with normal care and maintenance. Strap replacement due to discoloration is at the vinyl supplier’s discretion. Labor is not included.

Table Tops Warranty

Material: Acrylic and Acrylisurface

No warranty

Material: Melamine

Three (3) years against bowing and warping. (No warranty on a top that is ordered separately and mounted on a frame not made by Sundrella)

Material: Faux Stone

One (1) year against bowing and warping. (No warranty on a top that is ordered separately and mounted on a frame not made by Sundrella)

Umbrellas Warranty

Styles: 701, 760, 764, 764F, 770, 774, 776, 776F, 780, and 790

One (1) year against manufacturer’s defects. Vandalism, high winds, and Acts of God are not covered.

Styles: 750M and 750AM

No warranty

Fabric Warranty and Cushion Warranty

One (1) year against fading, discoloration, or material defects.

Fiberglass Warranty

Items: Waste Receptacles, Ash and Sand Urns

One (1) year warranty on structural integrity.
