Powder Coating:

Our SUNDRELLA finish is a pigmented plastic compound applied in powdered form to a pre-treated frame, then baked so the powder melts and flows evenly. Since this process takes place after assembly, all parts are fully protected against the elements.

Aluminum Protection Plates:

Our specially designed solid aluminum protection plate has been added to most of our chaise lounges, and engineered for trouble-wear point areas, allowing the chaise to be moved easily without damage to the frame

Strapping:

All heavy-duty straps are virgin vinyl with mildew inhibitors and ultra-violet stabilizers processed into them. Our strapping technique is quick, easy, and requires no tools. All strapping is double wrapped and secured with aluminum pins. This protects the fastener from the elements, and creates a more attractive finish.

Tubing:

Monterey Series #800 tubing is a triple hollow flat aluminum extrusion. The SUNDRELLA round aluminum tubing has a heavier wall thickness, which is half again as thick as most other tubing. Our frames are bent in a precise manner to avoid any crimping, a common weakness found in other designs.

Welding:

SUNDRELLA welds are performed by skilled craftsmen with special heliarc equipment. Our full circumference welds add maximum strength and durability.
